43. Yoga Retreat at the Ultimate Spa Destination, Euphoria Retreat, Mystras
In November 2021, for the second consecutive year, we organized a truly special yoga retreat in Mystras, at one of the world’s leading spa destinations, Euphoria Retreat.
Nestled at the foot of Mount Taygetus, this space of unique energy hosted our group in an exceptional yoga hall overlooking the Laconian plain.
Our four practice sessions focused on the elements of nature, perfectly aligning with the vision of the hotel’s creator, Marina Efraimoglou. We were honored to attend a private lecture by Ms. Efraimoglou at the traditional amphitheater, where she presented the four elements of nature, the concept of Yin and Yang, and how these philosophies were transmuted into this wonderful sanctuary.
Our itinerary included a descent through the historic castle city of Mystras and the enjoyment of world-class spa services.
During this three-day journey, we set our intentions for the weeks ahead, feeling fulfilled and balanced in every way.
