I am deeply grateful for the experience I lived over the past few days in Herakleia. I feel as though I don’t have enough words to thank you. Everything was exceptionally organized, with attention to detail and immense respect for the participants. Well done, Petros! From the very first moment on the ferry, an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance, and companionship was created, which allowed us to open up, feel comfortable, and connect meaningfully with each other and with you. The vibe that developed within the group was unique. As was the energy of our teacher—calm yet dynamic, with genuine interest in each of us. With simplicity and depth, she managed to inspire and guide us in a way that fully respected our needs and boundaries. Even though I barely did any exercises… Chapeau to the teacher! The location chosen for the seminar was truly enchanting. I have no words for this island paradise of simplicity, the natural beauty, and the serenity it exuded—all of which enhanced the experience and helped us disconnect from daily life, turn toward nature, and soak up its liberating energy. It was an experience I will keep inside me with gratitude. I felt a true connection with my childhood self and all the special women who participated in this environment of acceptance and love you created. Thank you.

Sometimes life brings people to you and from the second moment, you know it will be unique. Fotini is such a person for me. I met her by chance in Aegina and felt strength and love.
