My 40th anniversary yoga retreat could not have been held anywhere else but in my beloved homeland, Aegina.
For the second consecutive year, a specially designed outdoor space with professional flooring was set up to ensure the ultimate practice experience—positioned right by the sea and surrounded by lush green pine trees. The new 5-star hotel in Aegina is a revelation, offering high-quality services and, above all, an atmosphere that brings utter serenity.
It is perhaps one of the best venues I have ever used for a yoga retreat, as it offered a complete, holistic experience for our group. Breakfast and dinner were a true culinary feast. Just before the arrival of autumn, Aegina—with its unique energy and radiant light—gifted us an unforgettable three-day journey.
