The Thermae Sylla Spa in Edipsos is preparing to welcome us for the third (3rd) consecutive year to a detox yoga retreat dedicated to wellness, healing, and deep rejuvenation.

This retreat is dedicated to connecting with nature, inner calm, and absolute relaxation, far from the fast pace of the city.

We invite you to a unique Yoga Retreat that combines profound practice with the therapeutic properties of thermal waters, at the historic and world-renowned Thermae Sylla Spa Wellness Hotel in Edipsos, during the weekend of March 20-22, 2026.

Practice: Emotional & Energy Balancing

Our daily practice will focus on holistic restoration and emotional balancing:

Meridian Therapy: Focusing on the Liver meridians, our practices will aim to regulate the health of the muscles, tendons, eyes, nails, hands, and feet, as well as the overall flow of energy (Qi) in the body.
Synchronization with Water: The entire practice will be harmonized with the energy of the thermal waters, enhancing the process of detoxification and regeneration.

The hotel, which is listed among the top ten worldwide according to Condé Nast Traveler magazine, awaits us in a building steeped in history. We will dedicate the rest of our time to complete relaxation in an environment of peace and tranquility.

Thermal Treatments: We will have the opportunity to enjoy extra treatments at one of the best thermal spas in the world. As a group, we are entitled to a 10% discount on the Spa’s Internal Friends rates.
Aqua Aerobics: We will also organize a fun and invigorating Aqua Aerobics class within the thermal waters!

A few words about Fotini

Fotini Bitrou is a Physical Education Teacher (Graduate of the University of Athens School of Physical Education and Sports Science - TEFAA).

She is the owner of Kouros Studio, which has been operating since 1997. In 2004, she founded the Aegina Track and Field team (O.A. KOUROS AEGINAS), serving as its president for five years.

Fotini dedicated twelve consecutive years to track and field (800m-1,500m) and was a national champion with numerous appearances on the Greek National Team. For 23 years, she has systematically engaged in aerobics and weight training, participating in various Fitness competitions.

For the last 20 years, she has been intensively involved in Yoga. She teaches Hatha, Restorative, and Vinyasa Yoga, holding over 10,000 teaching hours and is a registered certified Yoga Alliance teacher (E-RYT 500). She has organized over 100 yoga retreats both in Greece and internationally.
