Ίδρυσε το 2004 την ομάδα κλασικού αθλητισμού (στίβου) Αίγινας (Ο.Α. ΚΟΥΡΟΣ ΑΙΓΙΝΑΣ)\, στην οποία ήταν πρόεδρος για 5 χρόνια. Ασχολήθηκε επί 12 συναπτά έτη με τον κλασσικό αθλητισμό (800μ-1.500 μ.) και ήταν πρωταθλήτρια στίβου με πολλές συμμετοχές στην Εθνική Ομάδα. 23 χρόνια ασχολείται συστηματικά με το aerobic και τα βάρη\, και έχει συμμετάσχει σε ανάλογες διοργανώσεις στο Fitness. Τα τελευταία 17 χρόνια ασχολείται εντατικά με τη Yoga. Διδάσκει Hatha\, Restorative και Vinyasa Yoga\, με πάνω απο 10.000 ώρες διδασκαλίας και είναι εγγεγραμμένη πιστοποιημένη καθηγήτρια Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500.
