During this three-day retreat in Aegina, we formed a deep connection with our bodies, through daily morning and evening Yoga practice. We reinvigorated and revitalised our bodies. We stretched our bodies well, allowing our joints to de-stress. We stretched our backs and spines, and restored some of its flexibility. Therapeutic Yoga helps our spine and bodies stay healthy.
