Yoga Retreat in Aegina, by the sea, in a magnificent location, we enjoyed our 49th retreat.
The Yoga Practices helped give our systems a break from everything. Through Yoga we were able to repair and allow our bodies to relax, and revitalised us with energy, an energy that today’s digital worlds tend to deprive us from.
My practice is always assisted and allows people of all fitness levels and age to participate.
The practices help our bodies to absorb oxygen, and the breathing exercises help soothe our mind and soul, while lowering the heartrate and focusing our minds inwards, to take a look to our inner self.
We created a completely new self-conscious bond, and helped connect the person with their breathing and body sensations, in a practice of self-care. It’s important to set our boundaries in the digital word, and avoid what wears us down, so that we don’t feel tired all the time.
4 thematic yoga practices which helped us relax and calm our soul.
In order to take the most out of the practices, we set up a special flooring in the accommodating space of Irdes hotel, which combines the amazing views and the sound of the sea to deliver a unique experience which allowed us to recharge our batteries and start our summer in the best way possible.
