We will do essential breathing exercises, learn how to deal with stress and increase our energy levels throughout our day-to-day lives. We will find our true inner virtues and make their presence even more powerful, through meditation. ]The itinerary consists of powerful morning breathing exercises, and easier ones for later in the evening, for all levels. The exercises will take place in a space, designed with a special flooring, right by the sea.
