A location with a very particular energy, on the foothold of Taygete’s Mountain, which hosted our team in the unique Yoga space they have, overlooking the Laconia meadows
The Euphoria Retreat 5* is a place which will let you rest, relax and feel rejuvenated. A truly authentic space, bonded with nature and its philosophy. On the foothills of Taygete’s, right under the mythical Mistras with its rich history and green valley of Evrotas river, with the orange and olive groves, you will find yourself in the best Spa and Wellness centres in the world. Mistras has also been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The 4 practice lessons will focus on nature elements, exactly alike the vision of the architect and creator of this magnificent hotel, Marina Efremoglou. Our itinerary will also have a climb-down from the castle-city of Mistras, while enjoy the unique spa services.
The specially designed Yoga class, on the highest site within the hotel, will host our team during a thematic Yoga class series
Bio Fotini Bitrou
Fotini comes from Aegina and operates the Kouros studio in the town of Aegina. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 Certified teacher and graduate Department of Physical Education and Sport Science - University of Athens. Formerly a nationwide champion in 800m and 1500m athletics. She has delivered more than 9.000 hours of yoga teaching and completed more than 60 yoga retreats.
