Yoga Retreat in Euphoria Retreat, in the ultimate wellness destination in Greece, and one of the best and most decorated Spa in the world. Naturally we were captivated by it. We had an amazing time in the 3rd consecutive Retreat, on the foothold of Taygete’s, and the historic Mystra, with views over the Laconic valley.
You know you are in the right place when contemplation, relaxation, calmness and quiet allow you to act, expand, evolve and move forward ** And so we learned the philosophy of Yin Yang, through a series of yoga practices and sound healing. Our excursion also included a hike to the castle of Mistras, a guided tour to all the historic monuments and a presentation of the unique bio-diversity these lands have to offer.
A space full of energy, high-quality relaxation spaces, a very special yoga practice room and a philosophy which allowed us to treat ourselves! We deserved this!
