Acro Yoga is a technique that combines the wisdom of Yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the healing arts’ care. The combination of these three elements sets the foundation for a practice that cultivates strength, trust, balance and a playful mood.
In practice and through the safe cooperation of 3 people, we can learn to trust each other, and more importantly, to trust ourselves. We will realize that many of the “obstacles” and “boundaries” we place on ourselves are due to an illusion of the mind and not physical weakness. Things are always simpler than they look and through the spontaneity and joy of the game, we will re-connect with our inner child.
