We’ve prepared a new training session that combines the vitality, the excitement, the pleasure you will feel, in the outward & inner space, keeping you away from stress, depression and fatigue. A program with a combination of IN & OUT .
1st Training Session – Duration 60 ‘(stadium)
10′ Warm up Straight Running Exercises
20’ running with breaks (depending on the athlete’s physical condition) Warm down -Stretching
2nd Training Session – Duration 50 ‘(Kouros gym)
5′ warm up Stretching 30′
Cross Training (circular workout with explosive exercises, bars and exercises) Stretching
3rd Training Session – Duration 60 ‘(stadium)
Activation Exercises 20′-30 ‘Continuous running (depending on the athlete’s physical condition)
Strengthening Exercises Stretching
The training sessions will take place in small groups three times a week, in Kouros’ gym and in the Aegina’s stadium – the training will be undertaken by George Giannoulis
